Whilst you’re enjoying the deNADA mobile application (“App”), our websites and microsites or using our digital products and services (such as our competitions or surveys) (together, referred to in this Privacy Policy as our “Sites”), we collect some information about you. In addition, you may choose to use the App or Sites to share information with other users, including your friends and contacts (“Users”). We may also need to share your information sometimes. The App and Sites are global, and your information will be sent to and used in INDIA regardless of the country you reside in. This Policy explains how we protect your personal data when we transfer it overseas, so please read very carefully!
1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Registration Information
When you download the App and Click on Signin Options, we may collect certain information about you (“Registration Information”), including:
Name
Username
Email address
Mobile number
Gender identity
Date, time, and location of birth
Sexual preference
Photographs
Location
Your contact information such as Email or Phone number will not be shared to any others on the platform and will only be used by deNADA group to contact you.
The information we collect is used to enhance the functionality of the App and to verify the authenticity of our users (robots are not permitted!). Please note that certain Registration Information, such as your sexual preference, name, and username, may be visible to other users viewing your profile page.
2. USE OF INFORMATION
Our primary objective is to ensure that your experience on deNADA is enjoyable and trouble-free. To provide you with an optimal experience, we may utilize your registration information and other personal data for the following purposes:-
To offer our services and features to you.
To communicate with you regarding the App, including updates and new features.
To personalize the App/Sites and the content we provide based on your preferences.
To conduct research and analytics to better understand your usage and interaction with the App/Sites.
To test and implement new technologies and processes aimed at enhancing and improving the App/Sites.
To resolve disputes, address technical issues, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
To investigate potential fraud, protect our legal rights, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
To send you information about promotions and offers, including details on goods, services, or offers available through direct marketing or other means of communication, provided that you have opted in to receive such communications. We will not use your information for email direct marketing without your explicit consent, which can be provided during the account creation process or through the settings in the App. You may withdraw your consent for marketing at any time via the App settings or by utilizing the opt-out options and links included in each communication.

3. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Our policy is to refrain from disclosing your registration information or personal data, except in the specific situations outlined below:
1. Third-Party Platforms for Event Storage
To enhance app performance, events conducted within the app may be stored on third-party platforms.
2. Payment Processing and Telecommunications Companies
To facilitate payments for our premium services, your data may be shared with payment processors and telecommunications companies.
Information Shared: Cardholder name, cardholder address, card number, payment amount, and transaction date/time.
3. Legal Obligations and Protection from Harm:
We take the behavior of our users seriously and will collaborate with third parties to enforce their intellectual property and other rights. We will comply with lawful requests for information from law enforcement authorities within or outside your country of residence when required by law. This may include situations involving investigations into alleged criminal activities or actions necessary to protect an individual's vital interests. We may preserve or disclose any of your information, including your registration information, if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary:
To comply with a legal obligation, such as a binding court order or lawful request;
To protect the safety of any individual;
To address issues related to fraud, security, or technical matters, such as collaborating with anti-spam providers to protect the service from illegal activities; or To safeguard our rights or property or those of third parties.
In such instances, we may assert or waive any legal objections or rights available to us.
4. Anti-Spam and Anti-Fraud Measures
Your data may be shared with other deNADA Group entities to prevent account misuse and fraudulent payment transactions as part of our anti-spam and anti-fraud protocols.
Information Shared Email address, phone number, IP address and session information, social network ID, username, user agent string, and transaction and payment data.
We remain committed to protecting your information and will only disclose it under the conditions specified above.
4. WHAT OTHERS MAY SEE ABOUT YOU
Our App is designed to facilitate connections and interactions among users. Please be aware that any content you post or submit on the deNADA App may be publicly visible and accessible to both users and non-users. We advise all users to exercise caution when sharing information that may eventually be made public.
Be particularly mindful when posting sensitive information on your profile, such as your religious beliefs or health-related details. You may choose to provide personal information, including religious affiliation, political views, and sexual preferences; however, it is not mandatory to do so. Additionally, photographs you upload may inadvertently disclose personal information. By voluntarily sharing sensitive information on your profile, including through the use of badges, you are expressly consenting to our processing of this information and making it visible to other users.
If you access the App through your Facebook account or another third-party platform on a shared device, please ensure that you log out of both the App and the third-party account after use to prevent unauthorized access to your deNADA account.
5. OUR POLICY TOWARDS AGE
You must be at least 18 years old to use our app.
deNADA does not knowingly collect any information about or market to children, minors or anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person’s registration.
6. SECURITY
At deNADA, we are committed to implementing robust security measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. We employ appropriate security protocols, including secured servers and firewalls, to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
However, it is important to acknowledge that no website or internet transmission can be entirely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other security breaches will never occur. To enhance the security of your data, we recommend the following practices:
Always log out of your deNADA account after use to prevent unauthorized access.
Refrain from sharing your email address or phone number, which are used to access your deNADA account, with others.
If you suspect that your password or account has been compromised, please follow the guidelines provided here.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information during transmission to our site; any data transmission is carried out at your own risk.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Privacy laws applicable in your country may give you the following rights:
Right to be informed: what personal data an organisation is processing and why (we provide this information to you in this Privacy Policy).

8. DATA LOCATIONS
We want you to be able to access deNADA wherever you happen to be in the world. Currently, we have data centers in India but we plan to have them available globally as we expand. The hardware is located in third-party data centers but is owned by the deNADA Group.
